Shipping & delivery

Saltwick delivers to the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to EU, US or other international addresses. Checkout will only collect a GB shipping address.

Cost

UK Standard Delivery: £4.95 per order, added once at checkout regardless of how many of the five products you buy. There is no free-shipping threshold. This £4.95 figure is the same value used in Stripe Checkout and in the Google Merchant Center product feed at /feed/products.xml.

Times

Handling (dispatch): 1–2 working days after we receive your order on a working day. Transit: typically 2–4 working days within the UK once dispatched. Combined, most orders arrive 3–6 working days after purchase.

Cut-off: orders placed before 14:00 UK (Europe/London) on a working day start their handling time that day. Later orders start the next working day.

Where we send from

Orders are sold and shipped by Saltwick, 34 Stoke Way, Birmingham, B15 1EH, United Kingdom. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe after payment.
