Who makes these products?
Saltwick is the brand and manufacturer. Every item is sold under the Saltwick name. We do not list other brands.
How many products do you sell?
Five. The shop is the complete collection: tea towels, a chopping board, mixing bowls, a trivet and a utensil crock.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
No. Delivery is UK-only.
How much is delivery?
UK Standard Delivery is £4.95 per order. Dispatch is 1–2 working days; transit is typically 2–4 working days. That figure is the same in checkout and in our Merchant Center feed.
When do you start handling an order?
Orders placed before 14:00 UK (Europe/London) on a working day start handling that day.
How do I pay?
Stripe Checkout is the only payment method. We do not take WhatsApp, PayPal or “message to buy” orders.
What are my cancellation rights?
You have 14 days to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our own 30-day returns window for unused items. Use Cancel your order, or see Returns.
How do I track an order?
Open Track your order and enter the cs_ reference from your Stripe receipt or the confirmation page.
