Cancel your order

You can cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Saltwick also offers a 30-day unused-item window. We refund; we do not exchange. Look up the order below, then send the cancellation to contact@saltwich.shop.

If the parcel has not left us yet, say so in the email and we will try to stop dispatch. Once it has shipped, send it back as set out on Returns & refunds.
